I posted in another forum, but I believe the post is more appropriate for this thread. I have been working with a freelancer in Pakistan for 2 years now. He has done good work for me, and we have become friendly. A year ago, I approached him about advice for affiliate marketing, but nothing ever came from it. A few weeks ago, he approached me about grossing $500 per day from my publisher account(reputable network) on one of my networks. We have tested for a month, and he has proven that he can do this. I have thousands in the account currently. Obviously, I have to pay him a commission when I get paid. I don't know enough about standard publisher practices, but I know that he has 15 operators working for him to do this. His operators use proxies and fresh domains when needed and some type of software to send offers via email so they look manually done. He has done this with someone else in the US. I have spoken with him and they never had any problems, but he was on a smaller network. What is my exposure here? The advertisers probably don't care as they are getting relevant traffic and leads. I fear that the network will comeback to me someday saying that I violated their TOS and claim the funds back. Does this happen? Thanks for reading.
