If you ask me Hijacking Rule is the most useful if it's enforced by forum's Mods.
After all OP is entitled to have his topic free of spam, subjects unrelated to topic,
people posting anywhere to promote their businesses or just smart asses who
think they have something to say.

And of course "Report" option is the tool to help Mods to keep order and to deal
with hijacking by removing unwanted by OP and I'm sure by other members stuff.
The problem is "Report" button sometimes get stucked and even pushing it again
won't do any good, it's ain't work because someone who is suppose to enforce
the Rule within reasonable time span simply don't give a damn if spam still there
    thus Overruling the Rule.

    Some examples of hijacking
BTW, I hate to break your balls but... one can't by definition hijack
his own thread and because there is NO RULE in Rules stating that,
you can't Overruling the Rule and Warn OP about Hijacking.

And now, if you don't mind, I see yo'll after Olimpics.

    :)

I don't see a rule that says anything not written in the rules is allowed here.
