Override style sheet with browser?

    I use Firefox as my primary browser and I was wondering if it was possible to override a site's style sheet. Really I only need to change the default font.

    For example, if their code says font: Trebuchet, Arial, Sans-serif;
    Is there anyway for me to set Firefox so that it only displays Arial without removing Trebuchet from my system fonts?

    I know the menu is different between FF builds, but in 1.5 I go to Edit >Preferences >Content >Fonts and you can go to advanced and uncheck "Allow sites to show their own font" or whatever it says.

    You can override anything with your browser's own style sheet, but I'm actually not sure where that is in FF (there's a whole local CSS file in there somewhere).
