I am fairly new to using Optigold but Ive discovered a glitch. Using the override e-mail address field does not work. It automatically takes the username and adds @digitalnetworks.ca at the end, even if I type something completely different in the override e-mail field. any suggestions/help?
What type of email did you send to the customer where you were seeing that happen? And how did you trigger the email being sent exactly?
I don;t have access to OG at the moment but believe there is an option that upon customer setup it will default override email address to equal that of the customers Login. Maybe its as simple as unchecking that option. Path I think is Maintenance & Preferences > Accounts..somwhere in Maint & Pref should be that option. Maybe that helps?
