Overpriced Ebay Auctions. I am trying to understand.

Anyone here understand how normal products are sold way overpriced on ebay?

I have seen it done with just about anything, but I cant seem to figure out why they are soooo overpriced and selling.

What's in that jar??? Alien??? (a gift from him...)

 

I am also wondering what is in that jar which is selling for $91 and not even for human consumption.

 

There's clearly a joke/secret that they are in on. If you look at his other items and feedback he sells ebooks and 'money making schemes - it seems to be a way of selling something he doesn't want to describe, but the bidders know what it is

 

I am not so sure abt this one, But that makes me angry...

people buy overpriced stuff...whereas every time i try to sell stuff below the average it never sells??
