Overnight drop in local search numbers?

I've found recently that two terms I monitor have dropped significant in the estimated search figures for the last 12 months. Both are for UK figures but I wondered if anyone else had come across this?

The two keyphrases were 'fmcg jobs' (previously averaging 27,000 searches per month in local i.e. uk, searches - now showing to be an average of 1,600) and 'creative design jobs' (previously averaging 500,000+ searches per month, now 390 !!!!)

This is clearly affecting my plans going forward!! Any feedback guys?

try searching them in google trends or other keyword research tool, google just lifted off beta tag but it may be not working as expected
