Overally help for starting gallery website.

Hello DigitalPoint, I'm looking to create a website where I can upload a collection of non-licensed photographs (4,000+), and I'm looking to charge customers around a fee of $1 to have a membership that allows them to see and download the general content of the website (rather than using a 'shopping cart' to purchase specific things.)

    Here are some specifics/questions:

    - What is the difference between a website and a host site? Do I need a separate host from the website I purchase, or does a normal website hold at least a big enough space for around 4,000 photographs and a small portion of storage of space for graphic content?

    - What are some ways I can cut costs? Is it possible that I could pay for a host website for the photos, but use a "free" website/preset to build my "website"? I'm not looking for anything fancy on my webpage, simple navitions; alike to a blog, if you will, but where there are multiple pages and "paid members only" areas.

    - If I want to charge viewers to download and browse my gallery, is paypal the only option? And how exactly would that process get started? I know nothing about paypal, but I only want a simple, one-click button so that people can put down their credit card number and be on their way - simple, like Itunes.

    - I already do administrate and have created a "free forum" on the internet and I love it, and I love basic presets and set ups (that I can mix with graphic design of my own.) I do enjoy HTML, but only extremely minimally and as long as there's enough preset to type it into a box, a bit like old Myspace.

    - If I want to prevent users and hackers from looking into the source codes and entering my "paid members" sections, how do I do so? Also, how do I combine the aspect of the users purchasing a membership that distributes them a password?

    Legality questions:

-The subjects of these photographs and galleries are not considered pornographic (at least, not to my knowledge), but do feature men, women, and even late teenagers in things like bathing suits, or of men showcasing muscles and toned areas, for example. Do I have to put an age disclaimer for this, or does that only apply when direct nudity of any type is shown?

-There are also some subjects in the galleries that are underage celebrities or underage normal persons who are also featured in non-pornographic but activity specific clothing, again such as bathing suits, sports gear, relaxed clothing types. I would call this website, in part, a website that showcases certain modeling of styles, clothes, and photography appreciation, featuring teenagers and young adults, celebrities and sports figures, and just normal folk. Are there any legalities about this, any chance that it could be considered pornographic (it is not IMO, there is NO nudity being shown.)

Thank you, and feel free to post any links that may help me!
