too basic. i think it need some more graphic work done with a logo that has more style besides just plain text.

The only thing that immediately draws my attention is the links in the upper right hand corner. I don't think you want everybody to look at the FAQ's, Privacy, etc. I would put them on the bottom of the page. And some graphics work could definitely help like the last post stated. You need to make it look more professional. If you aren't great w/ design (like myself), you can find a designer pretty easily in this forum.
