I realize some resellers are over-promising their hosting packages to the end user in order to attract the end-user thinking that a normal website would not reach that usage anyway. Is there any situation that an end user really reaches the hosting package limit? Is the hosting reseller liable? Or he just gets an unhappy customer who will probably call his service quits? In theory how does this work and apply to end users? It seem b.s. that a reseller can offer hosting packages that are better than big hosting companies. I want to be hosting reseller and so I want to know how much to b.s. about my hosting packages.
