Over picture advertisement network?

    I swear a couple months ago I came across an advertising network that had a solution for displaying advertisements over image's, suitable for image hosting sites and sites with galleries.

    Anyone know any network like this?

    I imagine it was similar to over-video advertisements.

    I remember hearing something before about overlay ads but I don't remember where it was exactly.

    The only thing I have seen is britepic as mentioned above. I have not seen nothing else with putting ads over images.
