Over Optimization Penalty

In this regard I've one question, let say I've to rank a keyword "Hi Hopes" for my website xyz, Should I vary the anchor text like "High Hopes" "hi hopes" "high hopes". I mean please guide me how I will vary the anchor text to rank my desired keyword?

 

When you spend more time trying to game the searching spiders rather than human visitors, you may be at risk. Just make sure everything you do looks natural and have quality content and you should be okay.

2) Permanent Penalties

You can create long tail keyword with that keyword, for example "Hi Hopes" --> "Very Hi Hopes Prayer" or something like that. I hope you get it.

Partial penalties from what I understand would be losing your rank or having a rank lower than before. Your site can still get a higher rank over time if you are able to comply with the quality algorithm. The permanent penalty would mean getting deindexed. This means your site is no longer part of the SERPs.

Over optimization is the result of trying to game the SERPs by haphazardly adding keywords here and there. Search engines look for content now and relevance to improve user experience. If you put users first and make sure your content benefits and is understood by them then you won't have any problems.

i have bomed my site due to over optimization. all my ranks are gone. Now what to do???? I will never spam again but currently i am worried about my ranks. How long will it take to get my ranks back.
