Over-Optimization Penalty

Having overly optimized web pages could soon get your websites in some hot water with Google and their search results. It has recently been announced that Google will start to penalize websites that engage in over-optimization practices.

Well, they already punished sites for this to some extent, but now it's even more serious. I reduced the number of keyphrases on my blog since this new penalty took effect, and my traffic doubled. Do it!

I don't think there would be any problem if the title, description tag, h1 tag, keyword tag contain one of the keyword. The body of the content should have 7 to 12% of the keywords.
