We always say not to optimize our site too much that google or other search engines treat it as over optimization and penalize the webpage by lowering its Rank.. Lets discuss here our experiance on Over Optimization Also discuss some tips for preventing our site from this.
My experiance.. I have made too many posts for a site on diiferent blog.. After some time my site starting coming on the front page on google.. Within a week its Rank started going down and after few days it position was in 100's on google search How I regain the Position Back It took time (around a month), Still continued posting to different sites, Also added some new pages to my site.
To be honest i have used to many keywords on sites before but never got ban just droped for awhile.. Also i bought alot of sig links and my sites went up for awhile but after the links time expired and the users removed the links then the site droped lower then before..
Doesn't make any sense: otherwise i will buy 10K links to my competitors sites and they will go up, and then down...
There are no 'too many post' for none-paid link as i know.... How the hell you got de-ranked with this? Did you spam? or what?
the main way I've seen this happen is overuse of keywords in your internal navigation, especially changes to an existing site rather than launching a new site.
