Simple. Because I'm moving my resources towards my local search marketing company and away from affiliate marketing.

I have video proof of income and the company also mentions me on their blog as the site for sale won their affiliate sales competition last year.

I've sold a few other sites on here before. My POSITIVE feedback on here can verify this.

To the winning bidder, I will transfer the domain to your registrar and also transfer all of the site files and make sure everything is working properly on your server and NO COST. All you would need to do is sign up for the companies affiliate program and provide me with your link and I will change my affiliate links to yours.

This site is 95% on auto-piliot. My only advice to you would be to write a blog article once a month and maybe buy some back links for it occasionally.
