"over 18" question

I upload videos to sites like youtube, myspace, yahoo vedeo and others.

In my videos I HAVEN'T nude scene, but I rediarect people to site for adult dating(adultfriendfinder.com).

My question is do I need to mark my videos "only for 18 +",
and if yes how can I do this (I haven't seen any checkbox, when I upload my videos)?

I think you can mark them in youtube as over 18 or something similiar...

I don't see any options for that, althought I've seen videos that are marked.

And is it necessary in my case.I haven't adult content.

 

I think not for your video but before you redirect people to your site, you should warn them.

it is youtubes responsibility to ensure that the material is suitible for specific age ranges. They can offer to automate the process by allowing you to select genre and video rating, however, it is not offical till the company that is hosting or making the material viewible reviews and makes the final decision to deem the content rating.

If you want, maybe put in a caption or in the title "18+" or "Not suitible for persons under the age of 18"

The YouTube community marks it as 18+, not the video creator.
