Hey, I am also new to Adwords, but I think, 1500 impressions and 0 clicks means, people are visiting your site but they are not clicking Ads placed on your site, you can make them more effective. I can't suggest you in depth but try to reduce the no of ads on the page, and place them in the most effective area,
can you give me link of your site where you have placed adwords, so that I can give you suggestions if any....

His talking about AdWords, look up:), not AdSense. His own ads are getting impressions but no one is clicking them.

Anyways, maybe the text you have in your add isn't attractive enough. You can create multiple ads for the same ad group, play around with that by creating all kinds of different ones. It should help you find something that works better.

You should focus on adding niche popular keywords in the Adword Ads. Too broad keywords dont normally attract users.

I assume you've switched off the Content Network? Otherwise, this is quite common...

I had a similar situation, with over 8,000 clicks but only 4 clicks. I turned on the content network, fine tuned my keywords and slightly increased my previously stingy bid amount. It worked wonders

Yes you should first let us know if you are talking about content network or search, because they are tottaly different things.

If that's for search, I'd adjust my ad and see why the CTR is so low.

Hey guys, first of all thanks for all the quick replies, here are the answers to some of your questions.

First, I have six different types of ads running all with different keywords. Am I allowed to post these to get feedback on them or is this against adwords TOS?

Second, I am not sure how to switch on the content network. Currently my impressions look like this:

    Total: Ads on Search: 226
Total: Ads on Content network: 2,306

    Still 0 total clicks.

Again, your help is much appreciated!

Try writing new ads. Search for your keywords in Google and look at the ads in the top positions. They are probably getting clicks, so by making yours similar, you should be able to achieve a decent CTR.

It could also be that your keywords are just too broad and people searching for them don't click the ads.
