    After receiving a BIN in my first listing of this even though it had errors, I'm surprised it's struggling to sell now with errors fixed.

    However, I do want to sell it so I'm dropping the BIN to just $99. That's a 10,000 word unique content site for just $99.

    Received a pm offer of $75. I've already halved the price though and did receive an initial offer (unpaid) for $199 so would rather wait for the $50 discounted $99.

    Having previously recieved a $199 BIN offer (failure to pay), I'm surprised noone has taken it for half that.

    Im reducing this for the last time to $75 buy it now. I had an offer for that but he assumed it was wordpress or somthing similar.

    I can't let it got for any less as I paid more than that for the articles alone.
