Wow, this is yet one more thread this year which confirms the U.S. is really headed into a major recession. The number of people getting food pantries went up by 20%, just this year alone? My goodness!

So, I started a thread a few weeks ago about how all the American citizens collectively owe about $1 trillion in credit card debt, our dollar is being devalued, and now here is news from the BBC which shows that 1.3 million people in New York are going hungry.

Yeah, the handwriting is definitely on the wall..............

The problem in New York is that it's a magnet for bums that arrive from all parts of the country.

The biggest problem in New York is the cost of rent. After they pay that, there really isn't much left over to eat.
