    Hi,

I run couple of sites which just started to earn a little, but I had to get a proper job to make my living. Now I of course have close to no time for my sites. Which webmastering "tasks" can be best outsourced and which is good to keep in own hands?

If you have a forums, you may considere outsource the moderator task to the new webmaster.

you should also run the sites on content management systems so that it's easy to do updates

You could hire a writer to write articles for your website or blog, and you could also get someone you trust to upload this information to the internet, along with making sure the content is optimized. You may also need to hire a link building company if you want to grow your link popularity.

    This all is very nice,

but in my opinion right outsourcing webmastering is a very risky or inefficient thing - either you really need to trust someone or you alway have to double check if the content is not plague or the service you used is not a scam...

However I guess the easiest thing to outsource is really content creation as one can pretty quick check the content originality e.g. via Google etc.

I'd suggest outsourcing pieces. There are plenty of writers here in the DP forums and you can outsource directory submission, you can get people to post and moderate forums, and other various chores.

    Are your sites primarily forums?
