Outsourcing to China or India

I want to market some items across the globe but first I need to find a source in either India or China that can supply tshirts/hats/stickers.

The stickers will need to be custom cut to a certain size.

I wouldn't try talking directly to a manufacturer yourself as you have no experience in this field. What you should try to do is go through an agent, like a buying agent, that could help represent you in a transaction. Dealing with international business deals in areas you have no prior history will seriously be a road to tackle. Can be done, but getting advise from an expert who specializes in that area would be your best bet.

I don't think DP is the place for this. Try Google searches for "importers from china shirts" etc.

 

I lived in China for the past 5 years and have seen time and time again newbies getting screwed over entering the China market or trying to source products with no experience. Have had many friends make orders on alibaba.com or related sites only to get a box full of paper garbage. Beware and do your research. Honestly most companies will not deal with you unless you order bulk amounts of thousands x10. Ordering from factories also has quality issues and you will not always get the quality you ask for.

My suggestion would be to find an established drop shipper or manufacturer in the US and try them out first.
