Hey, Ive been using a company called helpchat.co.uk to answer my live support enquiries, they learn your business and they answer any enquiries that come to your website. has anyone else used this service before? I havent heard of this live chat. But there is a company out there that will teach you from scratch how to build an online business instant chat included..
I never used such services. I prefer to higher some VAs, train them a bit even tho everyone that I higher has some kind of customer service experience, and arrange them in shifts so I can have support 24/7. After you find some reliable VAs you're set.
I'm confused.. You are using them and think they are great...why do you care if others agree or disagree? Personally I think their chat packages suck. For 65 you get 50 chats handled. Then in their FAQ it says: "WHAT IS CLASSED AS A CHAT? Put simply, a chat begins from the moment a conversation starts with a visitor until it ends. There is no time constraint so the chat could take one minute or ten. On top of this, if there is any data processing to be done after, such as sending client lead data, this is still classed as being part of the chat." Ok..........so 35 will be someone opening a chat then just closing it........................
