Outsourcing for article writing management system

    i am interested in to hire article writters for my sites... but i have no clue to manage these articles, given keywords etc. i want to manage authors with user names and passwords. and before publishing their article, i want to moderate.

    any suggestions.

    Outsourcing is nice idea but outsourcing jobs should be money earners.
