Hello, I see offers from diffirent outsource companies on diffirent forums for full time employees for 300 bucks a month... Are these reliable? Where could I find freelancers/outsourcers that would do simple data entry work for $300 monthly or so? thanks for the advice
I suggest you join freelance sites and work on project bases rather than monthly bases. This way you can earn a lot more money. Its free to join freelance sites and there are lot of data entry jobs available there.
I know a marketer who outsources his data entry to international workers and pays them next to nothing. If i recall around $3-4 an hour. I remember there was a site he showed me specifically for international workers, but I don't remember it. You could probably find something similar if you looked into it.

the best out source above is the best and I think if you like to make recruit worker from your own local environment I think your local newspaper can do better job then the previous suggestion
And remember...you usually get what you pay for. So if you're paying .000000004 per word, the content is going to reflect that.
i know a company(locally) who offers even lower rates than that.. well service is OK.. there are SOME skilled workers, some are horrible! but for laborous work they can be just fine @ $300.00.
