First of all you have to create your own blog and which type of services you are going to provide and what price you gonna take mention that all in your blog... and then after start communicate that all company which gave work as a free lancer I am sure if every thing is ok then you get project..

In India this type of services get cheaper approx. 400$/ month for site.

you can take free lance projects from odesk.com but for that you have your own site & for client you have complete work successfully then after you get projects from free lancing site.. If you did't have they did't gave you any project's..
