    I tried again. Whoever I spoke do did not seem very knowledgeable about the services on offer and which one suited me best. Their best reply was look at our plans and it's up to you. No guidance no explaining which plan best suited the needs I outlined.

    With this type of support for your own business one must ask what support you'd provide to others. Your service would probably lose me more customers that I would gain. I will continue to look to outsource this, but to a service provider who is 'on the ball'

    Hi,

    Sorry for this, as the service is just launched, but I have reviewed your chat conversation and I just note that you said that you said that you will just get Per Ticket and that is the time that the Operator said that it is your decision. We do not want to impose any particular product as the operator told you also that that our minimum is 30 tickets which will costs you $70 compared to the vps plans or the reseller plans. Actually the best for your is just the reseller plan, it could be just that the operator think that it is a master reseller, it should be in the vps as originally the reseller package is just for single reseller account but actually even the reseller plan will be fine for you.

    Anyways, thank you for at least checking on our plans.
