    I out source content and publish it as myself. Is it ok to become a Google Author and use the content as my author through Google?

    As long as you make it clear to the people who are buying it that you intend to publish it were your name not theirs, you should be fine. Make sure the agreement is clear. The author has to know up front that the content you write is ghostwritten. You could get into trouble if you don't make that clear in the beginning, so make sure you do.
