Hi, I just thought of this a while back. I noticed that almost all the tasks now can be outsourced to save tons of time and focus on the things that we can do. From article writing, product creation, graphic designing, back linking, article submissions etc... But have you thought about outsourcing your list building activity as well? I know I'm not doing it, and I don't even know if it's possible. I heard it once from Lee McIntyre, that the reason why you are not getting the results that you want when it comes to building your list, is because you are doing it yourself alone. I guess his point is to leverage and use other marketers to help you build your list. There are a lot of ways to build your list. Forum posting, blog commenting, article marketing, guest blogging, ad swaps etc. but those are the tasks that you need to do manually. Does anyone here building their list on complete auto-pilot or, maybe outsourcing if it is possible?
Of course, you can outsourcing your list building activity. There are tons of websites offering that service like through here and fiverr.com where you can hire people to get your name out there on social network sites and forums.
The problem with outsourcing list building is quality control. When you outsource a task such as article writing or link building you Pay X and get Y. Now if you outsource list building you can get really bad leads, or people that are being spammed to death. It's best to build a list by yourself and outsource the tasks that you can monitor in order to build your list quicker.
I have out sourced my list building and it has been a worth while project. For someone starting out it can just the right start they need. Just do your homework when it come to selecting who builds your list. You want a list that is consistent with your niche.
The thing with list building is that the more your subscribers feel they know you the more they'll be A) willing to even read your emails and B) willing to trust your recommendations. If you outsource list building you might get a load of people on your list, but they may not be worth a whole lot to you financially. If you really want to spend money on building your list I would suggest paying someone with a quality list to do a solo ad for you. Or, you could do it the easy way and offer 100% commission on a front end product and let people promote that item for you. You can almost always get people to subscribe to your list after buying something and buyers are the best kind of list members. You can achieve this by using the $7 script or RAP.
Thanks for the advice. I was told many times to build a buyers list by selling a low cost product instead of offering a free product. The difference is you are building a buyers list instead of freebie-seekers. Thanks
do you offer list building gigs? if yes, how much do you charge? can you post it on GigBux.com and let me know? I might buy it from you.
You may as well just buy your email lists... Much much cheaper, and "list building" programmes may not work at all.
You're talking about a method, but also build their own team and the situation is different, the approach will be different
