    Hi,

If i have a number of domains with different e-mail accounts for each, what is the best way to set these up on thunderbird or outlook express so that each mail falls in to its own folder?

I have it set up on thunderbird but the e-mails from all different accounts fall in to one folder which makes it very confusing.

I dont know if outlook express can do what i want either.

    Thanks in advance

    Fuzz

In Thunderbird go to Tools-> Account Settings-> Add Account.

    Hi,

    Thanks

I have that, but how do you ensure that the mails go in the right folder instead of just one folder. There must be a stable way (as in not via rules).

you can set the rule on the server side instead of on the client

Thunderbird has a setting if you look through the settings when adding a account for where the incoming mail folder should be. I would think Outlook would have the same setting.
