Outlook data how to put in excel?

    Hello..

    When people register to my site there details are emailed to my self.

    I have 1000 users registered and want to know how i can put there detail in a spreadsheet with out doing it manually! huge job other wise!

    The details in side the email need to be put in excel.. how?

    i think it can be done with MAPI programming
