outgoing links are cloaked

    Hello Shawn and other Admins

    I try to add some new ad to my existing site but the answare was:
    "Ad Denied
    violates tos outgoing links are cloaked http://www.digitalpoint.com/tools/ad-network/tos.html"
    There are not cloaked!
    I don't know what was the problem, but it is a normal html site some ssi call.
    Please revisit my site and let me know exactly what is the problem with.

    what I need to do? Need I to delete all the new ads, rewrite again and submit, or exist somethyng simply mode to enable my ads?
