Outbrain is the best for quality traffic?

    Today, I have visited outbrain.com for ppc advertisement. My budget was $10 and $0.52 CPC.
    So, My questions is, anyone has any experience about PPC Campaign on outbrain and they drive quality traffic for $10 with $0.52 cpc?

    Personally i don't have any experience with outbrain website. However regarding on PPC campaign there are many considerations to have before launching an ad campaign because we are not just spending $10 with $0.52 cpc.
