Shawn, With regards to emailing from the "Company Email Manager" (using version 3.3.3) is their an option somewhere that we can add attachments to the email? Basically what we are trying to accomplish is sending emails to our customers of trouble tickets but at times want to send a specific document to them. I am able to receive their attachements through the system but wondering about the outbound emails. Is that function available and if so how? Couldn't find it on any threads etc. Thanks.
