Due to my failing health, I am considering the sale of the following site: Site: OutBlogger.com PR: 4 Age: The site has been established for well over a year. Description: Free Blog Host, currently has about 700 registered blogs (not all active), receives about 10,000 page requests per day (a few thousand are bot requests/crawling), signs up a handful of new blog users each day, and requires very little maintenance or operation. Offers: I am accepting offers via PM. I will accept them for 1 week. At the end of the week, if I have received an acceptable offer, I will accept the most favorable. I reserve the right to reject all offers and/or end bidding if no acceptable offers are received. I have no particular price in mind but believe this site has a fair value and lots of potential. I'm not expecting an exhorbitant amount but I'm also not willing to consider tiny offers (don't bother sending $5, $20, etc.). Software: The license for the software running the site is $250. The license is non transferrable and so you must purchase a copy of the software to continue operating the site. Please take this into account before placing your bid. Income: To date income has been negligible. I have a text-link-ads account which generates an average of about $7/8 per month. I have a Google Adsense account which generates about $8/10 per month. With the traffic the site is generating, there are plenty of opportunities to increase revenue with a better design, optimization and a well thought out revenue strategy. The software includes the ability to offer "premium" blog packages to users for a monthly fee as well. Traffic: I noted above that the site currently does about 10,000 total page views (to the main page and all member blogs) per day. About 2,000 of these are bots/crawlers. The site gets anywhere from 50 - 500 inbound hits per day from SERPS to individual user blogs. The search terms are very broad and diverse. The site itself ranks reasonably for "free blog host" (see yahoo.com, live.com, google.com, etc.). It sees a small amount of traffic from other related terms such as free blog, free blog hosting, etc. I am not an SEO expert. With a little work, I'm certain it could do more.
