ValueClick would be my choice, although I kind of like the looks of Clicksor. I haven't used either yet though...
I dont know if i can get 12.5k uniques per both, i get around 9-10k, so i dont really want to join RealTech, because before payment dates they can use my impressions amount againts me and indicate i havent followed their TOS.
Speaking from experience, RealTech Network is a POS. They pay you pennies per CPM and they haven't paid me yet. Valueclick/Fastclick is unquestionably the best of the bunch you listed.
