As there are quite a few knowledgable people on here I thought Id ask. How much would a site be worth that is consistently making $2400 a month? Im just curious thats all at how much my site may be worth. Regards John
I think the average is 10x monthly revenue. (also depending on how much work is required to get that $2400 a month)
If there is not much work involved, it could be worth about $20,000. What killaclown said doesn't scale perfectly.
As the others have said, it depends on how much work is involved. If it's near to none then you could easily sell it at 12x the monthly average (a years revenue).
I've got a site that pulls just over 20k a month, does that mean it's worth $250 000 If so, someone mentioned you could sell a site easily 12x what it's worth, can you give a tip of where you sell sites? that may actually sell there?
