    hi guys,

this site ( www.shainex.com) has been out from google. This site lost its position some days back but it regained

its position in google but before 2 or 3 days it again lost its position in google for all the keywords.

I just want to know that why its happening? what could be the reason that it lost its position and regained and

    again lost the position.

I am regularly updating the content.

Please guys let me help to find out the reason...

It is important to remember that unless you have done something really, really bad and against Google Webmaster guidelines then it is very unlikely that you have been kicked out of the engine or "de-indexed". Although it can cause a lot of worry, especially if you are seeing a drop in sales, you do need to take a logical and calmed approach and really sit back to discover exactly what is going on.

    How old is the site?

If it's relatively new it may just be the Google Dance happening. Sites rank well, fall down, rank well, fall down ... eventually settle into a more permanent spot on the SERPs.

SErp Flux Google Dance but you SEO "experts" should know this and it should get back like in 2-3 weeks ...

It could also be a penalty but try searching domain.com if your site ranks first ... then it's no penalty ... but i guess you allready know this you "expert" ...

You don't have to regularly update your content. Google Loves new content but that doesn't mean that you change your content on regular basis. If you are talking about blog post then it's fine but do not change your page content regularly, may be this is the reason of Google Dance on your keywords.

Check your website is not linking with any black hat sites. If yes, then remove that links from your website. Aslo try to collect more quality backlinks

Your website is not deindexed for sure... Reason for drop in ranking could be anything.
    - Panda attack
    - Temporary fluctuations
    - You are logged into your Google accounts while checking rankings
    - Busy data centers

As per google dance it's become at some some time so your rank may be down and again take position as it is. But some times it's happen because of you changing your websites meta tages.
