Our website is experiencing the latency!

I just can't get it, our website was very fast in the past, but recently we are experiencing the latency, the website is incredibly slow, and I just found that something is wrong with the website blog. I found some suspicious documents, and deleted some of them, then the blog can't be open. What should i do now ?

I like the site even though it is very dark. I think, the flash header is nice. But makes the whole site look kind of eerie.
I would suggest doing a little color on the logo to make it stand out more from the rest of the site.

I'd try to compress the banner images. They seem to be loading the slowest on my end.
