Site looks great. Though it took little time to download. I didn't like the font you used for bold letters on main page, but thats just my taste.
nice design! good color combination. perhaps you can change the color of your header to match with the background color.
Pros: I like the simplicity, layout and color scheme. I love the picture of the city. Cons: It looks like all the text on the first page is bold. Whether it is bold or just the particular font style, it is a little difficult to read. Also, you could use a little less padding on the left of the menu to balance the longer entries. Overall: Very appealling. Now I want to buy a house in British Columbia!
