Nice site with good layout and colors. The menus are also looking more attractive.

 

Few remarks:

Try to make an more quality logo. Anyway is confusing because you used twitter logo.
And i personally don't like that menu.It doesn't look right.

Think it looks ok and functions the way it should. If i was to make a critisism, i would be that you have to type in an area for your job search rather than just clicking on an area or a dropdown and maybe have a re-think on your logo.

 

Yeah I used the twitter logo because the jobs are posted into twitter throught their API. it tweets! I do need some redesign of the graphics, and logo, who's up for showcase deal?

 

The buttons of the navigation look a little bit messy

I like the layout but i don't like the logo....the colors are good....try to make a new logo.
