    The hot tub came along with the house. Incredible front and back yards. Beautifully landscaped.

    Now to sell our old one. We're working with the best realtors here. Should be a smooth ride.

    We'll list it sometime in Dec. Around the Christmas holiday is not the best time to list a home. Although some claim it's the opposite here in FL. Right now we're still settling down in our new home. Loving it.

    If you ask me: waaaaay too much. As of now it's 6.5% but we are planning to negotiate that.
