From what I saw mostly presentation and I mean just your style-sheet and web branding. The site is pumped with content and linkage: the title could use some work <meta data> : 360 Degree Feedback and Sample 360 Feedback Surveys | DecisionWise, Inc. ---Lead it with human resource or employment service and consulting or some other keyword sensitive to your niche ---Get the robot pick-up and loose the symbol:|

Also see if what your doing with javaScript can be done with non-obtrusive jquery/javaScript or better even CSS only and offer a no java on alternative....Since the menu is leading your page for robotics, make sure those menu headings are strong keyword sensitive while getting the user to what your really selling fast, yet also make sure there is some sort of text reading capability even if its javaScript trick...Great site can't wait to see the tweaks
