***** More than 25,000 EUR has been taken away from us!! ***** More than 100 advertisers we worked with! A LOT OF SHADY ACTIONS AND RED FLAGS - ALL THE INFORMATION BELOW IS REAL!! A few days ago I received an email from NetworkWatch team telling me "There are evidences provided by merchants in the zanox-affiliate network regarding irregularities in your partnership" They explain in the email "we have interrupted the payout process for your account temporarily" and "In order to resume the payments we ask you to explain both traffic and conversion within 7 working days via email." As I did, trying to explain "traffic and conversion" 2 days afterwards I received another email from NetworkWatch stating "After the analysis of your statements and your account data we still entertain serious manipulation suspicion." and the auto-text "zanox does not have any interest in an ongoing partnership with you and we will block your account in zanox-affiliate. Payment of the remaining credit will not be made. If you register again, your credit claim will be forfeited and we will reimburse the affected merchants." I'm very upset about this decision, we hardly earned a revenue from Zanox because of so many open-commissions, and some merchants didn't check their leads for over 6 months! I think that is the most ridiculous decision this website can make, because all we did was sending legitimate traffic through incentives. If campaign stated no incentives we didn't pick it up. If campaign asked for certain requirements we followed those requirements. Our system is very secured in terms of fraud and I did explain all this to the Network Watch who chose to not even watch my emails. I have no ability to show you so many proofs of so many faults, issues, problems we ignored and "suffered" just for going Internationally as Zanox does, but they don't even answer you. All I get is general information and "bye bye, you're out". A normal affiliate network gives you proofs, explaining you what's wrong, CJ expires advertisers who don't pay after 1 month, Zanox keeps advertisers no matter what even if they will pay after 1 year. But publishers - they are garbage, nobody needs to bother them, they are here to take money don't they? I have so many friendly emails and requests from Reps and advertisers in Zanox asking me to run campaigns and go here and there, just today I got an offer to expand in Belgium. I don't know what NetworkWatch team watches but this is very ridiculous! Tomorrow I will send some information by express mail (UPS/FedeX/DHL whatever I feel like) and it will go to Germany and Zanox can do whatever they want with this information. I hope my post will warn other publishers/affiliates based on my experience, I honestly spent most of my time working with Zanox and expanding our website globally. If I hear back from Zanox I will let you know. Otherwise and in the meantime, let this post be a warning for publishers/affiliates - I urge you to check this network before applying to it. You might find yourself with a lot of money not paid, I chose not to complain about it until now (regardless of what their decision will be). Oh, and one last thing - "Payment of the remaining credit will not be made."? If Zanox doesn't pay our CONFIRMED revenue for this month June 2008, then I will make sure it will go into legal issue until all the payout is sent. Bye Zanox.
wtf????????? In fact i don`t have any experiance with "Zanox" but they seems to be sucks! If anyone here has an advise for USaffiliate, please leave it. Really sad for him
Sorry about this experience with Zanox. I have never worked with them. I am signed up but never sent over 1 lead or impression. Please keep us posted... I wish you luck!
I took off my post because it wont help to talk about ti better just go and look for other networks instead of messing around the same story.
I'm giving them the time they asked me to check how much to pay and there is also a formal letter on its way to their headquarters should be there by monday. I'm respecting their request because the payment wasn't important as the relationships with so many merchants. Payment can be sent, what's done cannot be undone e.g. loss of reputation and many non-working banners without any notification in advance.
We got a resolution today: Zanox will pay us the remaining balance in the account, it's good balance so we're happy with it. Unfortunately they want to work with high-quality publishers, I totally understand incentives cannot provide that, so after payout is made our account will be locked. I'm satisfied with this resolution, and appreciate it. I just need to ask them a few technical questions on some amounts there, small or open. Thank you
