    can someone explain this chart to me (hits,pages,visits....).which of these is most important.

    Sorry I just realised I sent you to awstats FAQ when you're using Webalizer..

    I think you can find unique visitors under the "Total Unique Sites" field in the very top table 'Monthly Statistics for ....'

    Still the explanation for visits & hits in the first link I gave will still stand.
