ouch!

    I got this alsar thing in my mouth cuz of my braces.,

    it's like 1 inch wide and 2 cm deep..

    I just tried to kill it with Vegemite and raw salt

    OUCH

    no, salt is natural so won't cause imbalance and takes away the alsur or how ever u spell it

    btw is it like an animal or something?

    or just bacteria?

    Not exactly sure what you are talking about, but assuming like a canker sore?

    Could be viral,
    Could be bacterial, though this is less likely,
    Could be due to a would from the braces edges
    Could be due to stress.

    Key thing is to keep it clean and it will heal on its own. That's why I suggest peroxide. Listerene is a good suggestion too because the alcohol not only sterilizes but it will also numb, giving you some relief.

    For sure gurgle with the hydrogen peroxide. Also you should get wax from your orthodontist or dentist, put that on any part of your brace or bracket that is rubbing against your cheek. It makes a HUGE difference!
