Hi, I was just wondering something: I have an adsense account and am serving adsense ads on my site and I follow all the adsense TOS, and i haven't been banned, yet. I hear all these stories of people getting banned for one reason or another and sometimes for NO REASON. So I was wondering, what is the next best and next most profitable advertising service for publishers I can use in the UK? I want to use a good company while I wait and hope for yahoo to start supporting UK clicks and UK publishers... Thanks,
if you want to look into other programs as a backup, then my advice is: as long as you play the game honestly, comply with the TOS (very easy thing to do), don't try to cheat the system, then Google won't ban you. chitika is good i heard.
Hopefully Yahoo will go public in Q1 2005 and you won't need to worry then. There are many other adrevenue systems, but their major problem is the diversity of ads. Clearly Google has a huge and diverse base of advertisers in the AdWords program. People often mention chitika, but their ads aren't suitable for my websites. -- EDIT -- Also, try looking up for independent affiliate programs from potential adevrtisers in your markets of interested. thanks! I've had a nice welcome to the forums lol, gettin friendly good advice allready! I like the lok of Chitika but I can't join because my site isn't in the top 100000 of Alexa lol... I know, it's shameful... I've received 7000 pageloads and 1000 unique visitors so far though... (the 1000 unique was just this week because i started an advertising campain...). Anyone know what I should do to get into the top 100000? DO they need to have the alexa toolbar installed? Where can I get cheap/free effective advertising? THANKS again!

Where does it say so? I can't find it on Chitika's sign up page. And I also know someone who signed up two months ago and she barely receives 100 visitors a day.
