Is it against affiliates TOS to offer incentives for people to sign up to programs or buy products. For example giving a free dvd player away with a TV purchase through an affiliate?
Different merchants have different attitudes to this, but generally, they will be positive about it because you are effectivey giving their customers a free promotion which may stop them from using the competitior they were going to... So, in summary, check with the individual merchant...
