    try WebAnswers.com. Great site, big community and you'll get your answer in minutes. And it's also Adsense revenue sharing sites so you could get paid for writing answers and asking question. Check it out. I use it and it's quite cool and it generates some Adsense click. :)

    Try this site http://answer.devloperforum.com . It offers contributer to show their adsense ads with revenue sharing programme. You can even get benefit by asking questions. Site will show your ads on questions asked by you untill someone reply usfull answer.

    I would say WikiAnswers but it only wants one answer per question, and the answers are expected to be entirely factual with no opinion or personal comments (from the questioner, either)

    AOLAnswers does exist also but it doesn't get much traffic

    Google's Support Forum is similar to Y!A in that there is an indication of which answers are the best.
    But only discussions which relate to google in any way are permitted.
