if you have a friend in a listed country you could just use his address and have him send your checks to you you could also try using some of these e-mail forwarding services who give you like a Usa mailbox where you can receive mails which would be automatically forwarded to any address you choose both those are very expensive options, if you are just looking to expand and you have paypal you can try out www.paydotcom.com they accept all countries
yeah they do, only they have less products and with paydotcom the product owner is the one who actually pays you and not paydotcom it also has less competition if you are able to find a good product to promote. Good luck
