I have over 150 domains and some are nice and I want to develop them and promote them so I can earn, but don't have the time. I have many sites on sedo, fabulous etc for monetizaiton purposes but they only earn a little right now. Is there any other way to take this idea a step further? perhaps obtain partners to help build the site and share in the profits. I have ideas to build blogs, seo services, work at home sites, affiliate sites etc. But I need assistance or a service to help do this? I recall a site where I posted a few domains and they will actually advertise your site to potential partners who will rent your domain and try to earn with it and you share in the profits, but no bites. IMO,you need to find partner for this coz you can hire people to manage it for you. And if you want to setup blog then you can easily grow the blog without posting the article by using automatic blog posting script that utilize rss feed. You can use the domain to make some proxy site coz proxy site no need any promotion to get traffic
Firstly I would recommend you to make some quick minisites with 1-5 page(s) content and add some affiliate link, ads etc. Do not promote them or try to make the best designs etc since it will take you too long. If a domain gets type in traffic you can make money if not thats ok (in the meantime). Do not start developing all websites the same time! Get them indexed on Google, Yahoo! etc. Take that 150 domains and decide which one you want to develop first. Do you have a great idea that you think there is a demand? If so try developing that domain first. Then Build a Great Website -> Promote them Heavily - > Profit-->Build Your 2nd, 3rd website Anyway there are hundreds of ways you can earn money from your domains. 1. You can earn money by selling ads such on your website such as Adsense. You need to build at least 100X150=15,000 pages and drive thousands of visitors every day. Outsourcing is the best way to grow a website. None has enough time to develop 100% all that domains. If a real website has 100-1,000 pages you will need a long time to create all that content+promote the website. 2. Build your own affiliate store. Ready made content from Amazon, Ebay etc. Copy & Paste the code and promote the websites. 3. Use them as landing pages on PPC campaigns by selling your own or other people products (physical and digital). There are hundreds of CPA networks. 4. Rent the domains. You can let someone use your domain name for 1-12 months. 5. Sell the domains. If you got a great domain name you can sell it. However it is better to build a real website first since it will highly raise the price of the website. 6. Make money from email lists and affiliate marketing. Use them as landing pages where you can build your email list by giving a freebie such as a free ebook, software, videos etc. 7. Build a membership website, a forum, a blog etc. Each domain can earn you money on different ways. If a website earns you enough money from Adsense it doesent mean that you should have Adsense on all 150 domains. Your main goal is to have all that domains making you the highest possible earnings.
