I am there does not seem to be a category for this or most other SEO forums for this kind of discussion. I discovered Twitter on a forum that has category for other ways to get traffic. By that I mean alternative traffic building like Twitter, craigslist social book marking and similar topics. I would like to find websites or a catigory in this site were this kind of think ca be discussed.Please recommend a forum or a category on this in SEO chat that this kind of thing is discussed.
One of my favorite ways to build traffic is to create a free report for the niche, find 'small' list owners in it by googling the niche to find sites with an optin and offering them the free report that they can give to their list. Offering to rebrand it with their affiliate links, and include your own backlinks to your own sites, squeeze pages, etc... -Marcus
I don't understand how offering a free report generates traffic unless you promote it on another site with a link back to you site to get it. Is that what you mean. I defendant think a free report will get visitors to come back.
I think the back link depend on two points. First one , if that site is the same type like yours . Second , his PR . These two points are very important for your site.
A free report, if worth its salt, might pick up a review by blogs. Again, provide an excellent, valuable report. Not many can do that.
